WHAT WE DO

We are investors, advisors, and horse breeders. We seek to invest in all faucets of the thoroughbred racing industry, filling specific niches within thoroughbred racing, and breeding worldwide. In the thoroughbred racing industry, we know best. We understand the dynamics and nuances of thoroughbred racing and breeding and have the most strategic contacts. We purchase, breed, and develop to implement our growth formula to maximize shareholder value. We never forget the company’s team, stakeholders, and community.

We build assets to enhance our companies’ offerings of inventory that we either hand selected or bred where 1+1=3 (or more). We bring a strategic vision to the table that’s attainable, as well as the processes to win.

Our investment process is proven and repeatable. Our team boasts an impressive history, extensive contacts, and first-hand knowledge — the expertise and experience necessary to scale Tropical Racing businesses.

We plan to distribute dividends as companies become profitable, or as they are sold. This reduces the timeframe for payback – reducing the risk of your investment – which will typically be taxed at advantaged rates. (Please consult your tax professional for personalized advice.)

“Tropical Racing took me past the velvet rope into the extremely lucrative thoroughbred racing and breeding market—a space usually filled by wealthy individuals, royalty, and wall street. Now, I get to invest in a unique private community aiming for both high returns and regular dividends!”

TROPICAL RACING INVESTOR

WHY THIS RAISE? AND WHY NOW?

“I invested in Tropical Racing because I know thoroughbred racing and breeding. They know it better than I do and have the experience to uncover little known, up and coming breeding scenarios, invest, grow and sell them. Rinse. Repeat.”

JOEL W.

TROPICAL RACING INVESTOR

We’ve selected Reg A+, the method of securities law that allows us to compliantly offer VC-like investments to everyone — not just institutions and the ultra-rich. We aim to invest in land and thoroughbred racing horses to increase our asset driven business model and breeding operation. Amazingly, our assets have the ability to multiply every year. Think of a rental building that is sold out. Wouldn’t it be amazing if every room can multiply every year? That’s’ the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry. Each horse is an asset that we can then turn the asset into multiple revenue strings in perpetuity.

This decade will catapult Tropical Racing and breeding into the financial stratosphere. We aim to build strategic relationships with the industry leaders to assist us in determining undervalued situations in the industry. From there, Tropical Racing can then purchase destressed farms, as well as undervalued thoroughbreds at all stages of their careers.

With all of the new sports wagering casinos popping up at racetracks, the business models of the casinos, and the ever-increasing purses our horses have the ability to win, our team’s unparallel work ethic, knowledge, and ability in the industry create the foundation for success.
